DESCRIPTION:CHAMBER ANNUAL MEETING\nOn Wednesday\, November 7\, 2018 the Ashland Area Chamber of Commerce will hold it's Annual Meeting. Barbie Lange - Chamber President/CEO\, and current board members will conduct the meeting and speak about Chamber business\, past accomplishments and the plan/vision for the future of the Chamber. \n\nDivisional highlights will be provided by the Ashland Area Convention and Visitor's Bureau - Amy Daubenspeck - Executive Director\, Ashland Area Safety Council - Renae Osborne - Programs and Member Accounts Manager and Leadership Ashland - Ginny Telego - Executive Director. \n\nOne highlight of the Luncheon will be two "Spirit of the Chamber" awards (Individual & Business) given for recognition of exemplary dedication and service.  The recipients will have demonstrated leadership in volunteerism\, energy\, creativity and giving.  Additionally\, they will have assisted the Chamber in keeping strong our traditions\, while at the same time taking risks to make a difference in the community.\n\n\n\nThe Chamber will be handing out its Fourth Annual "Jim Lingenfelter Service Award" to an individual who emulate the characteristics of Jim Lingenfelter and continue to follow in his footsteps to make Ashland County a better place live\, work\, and raise a family. Jim was a perfect example of servant leadership.
