• Changes to the law
• Who does it apply to:  employee count, duties test, salary test, highly-compensated, etc.
• Audits and penalties
• Strategies - what do you need to do; being mindful of people, the work, and the costs
• Communications:  during initial phase, prior to implementation, as a group, individually, etc.
• Work rules:  working during off hours, technology, overtime, comp time, etc. 
• Documentation of discussions with employees
• Policies that should be reviewed or written
• Handbook revisions
