Hosted jointly by the Richland Area Chamber & Economic Development and the Ashland Area Chamber of Commerce, this special Ribbon Cutting Ceremony marks the remarkable revival of the former Mansfield Motor Speedway after seven years of abandonment and uncertainty.
 
Thanks to the vision, determination, and relentless hard work of former NASCAR driver Matt Tifft and his incredible team, the speedway is roaring back to life. Their passion and dedication have transformed this historic venue into a renewed destination for racing, entertainment, and community events.
