Incident Investigation

The presentation will start with why there has to be a culture change in the organization. One of those changes is getting rid of the word "accident". We will cover the reasons why you do an incident investigation and what to do with the results. The emphasis will be getting to the root cause using fact finding not fault finding. Group participation and collaboration will be used to practice the covered points.

SPECIAL NOTE: This is a 2 hour session - open to other Safety Councils - meets the 2-hour training requirement.
