The Ashland Area Safety Council Meets monthly on the 2nd Weds. of each month.

Presenters: Ashland Area Bomb Squad

Come and learn about the Ashland Area Bomb Squad. They handled approximately 30 calls per year including:

Bomb Threats
Improvised Explosive device alerts
Improvised Incendiary device alerts
Military ordinance execution
Commercial explosive issues
Hazardous chemicals issues

The Bomb Squad also provides training for law enforcement and fire agencies as well as hospitals, schools, and private businesses
