Marijuana Legalization and Its Impact on your Busine$$ Operation.  
Marijuana is legalized for medicinal or recreational use in 54% of the United States with many other states facing legalization initiatives.  This can have significant operational implications for employers and their business at a time when general workplace drug test positives for marijuana are on the rise and substance abusers cost their employers a reported $81-193 billion annually in lost productivity.
