Welcome instructor Ken Dyer - Defensive Tactics instructor for the State of Ohio for 16 years / Earned to stripe Brown Belt in Shingitai Jiu-Jitsue and a Black Belt in Combative Arts through Cooper Fighting Arts
YOU WILL LEARN:
Ways to prevent attacks
Good self-defense techniques
How to handle a variety of physical confrontations from an attacker (chokes, grabs, strikes etc.)

There will be an afternoon class  (1:00-3:00 pm) as well. Each class is limited to 20 people. Class will count as a Safety Council Bonus Meeting.
