Ginny Telego - Executive Director
Ginny's experience and professional skills bring a high quality of leadership to this unique program. She has a bachelor's degree in Organizational Management and is a Certified Advanced Facilitator with the Equine Experiential Education Association (E3A). She has management experience in many diverse organizations and through her equine assisted professional development program, is dedicated to helping clients develop the skills needed in today's business environment to be better leaders and team members both in their organizations and communities.

Leadership Ashland Steering Committee
The Leadership Ashland Steering Committee (LASC) is committed to supporting the Leadership Ashland Program with discovering and empowering future leaders in the area. The LASC exists to offer advice, assist in decision making. provide strategic direction, grow the LA program and to be an "advocate" for the initiatives involved.
